Mine are:

MMPR S3
Turbo
LG
WF
JF

Reasons: Plot was always changing, which got annoying. These seasons paid too much attention to forming pairings than paying attention to the actual main plot IMO.

Turbo - While this is more geared towards the first half of the show, my opinion stands. The veterans were getting older and it seemed like the writers didn't do anything new with the characters before they were sent off. While the roster change helped things out somewhat, it was not enough. I dislike Divatox immensely and the same goes for her reject group of bad guys. Sorry but a cool finale towards one of the best Power Rangers seasons of all time doesn't help.

Operation Overdrive - I never felt a connection with any of the characters and honestly, I think Spencer, Rose, Tyzonn and even Mack (pre-robot angst) were pretty good but everyone else really falls into that gray area or were simply not fun to watch. I also really detested the villains on the frozen side; Norg was really unbearable earlier on and Flurious...really? You want me to take this guy as a legit threat? He looked silly as hell; at least Lothor was self-aware of the campy nature he held.

My least favorite seasons:

Turbo (mainly because of Justin)
Lightspeed Rescue (its a good season though)
Mystic Force
Operation Overdrive

Note: I don't hate any seasons, I like them all.

Chronologically listed:

Turbo
Justin pretty much killed the season for me. I don't know what they were thinking with him. I digged the finale though it was refreshin to see the rangers could get a pounding and not have everything magically restored afterwards. Stil it didn't make up for Justin though.

Mystic Force
The season focussed way too much on Nick IMO. The others could have used some more spotlight once in a while. Oh and plan Xander??? What were the thinking?

Operation Overdrive
It just never managed to appeal to me. The only time it did was when they brought in the veteran rangers in "Once a Ranger".

In order from least hated to most hated;

Mighty Morphin' S2
I actually quite liked it for the most part, but the main annoyance for me were the barely passable Zord battles. After a load of awesome ones during S1, it just felt very... Badly handled? The other complaint I have is only minor - the fact that Rocky never really got to lead (Something that crosses over into S3 as well). I thought the character had potential, but it was never used until Zeo, which was a big dissappointment for me.

Jungle Fury
The Writer's Strike obviously didn't help much here, but I felt that in a lot of places, the writing was really poor and I think the series suffered for it. Beyond that though, it wasn't too bad,

Operation Overdrive
I'll keep this one short - Possibly the worst use of civilian powers ever for the most part, some characters came off as annoying rather than what was probably intended, some parts of the ending just didn't make sense (Vella, for example) and at times I found that to me it barely felt like Power Rangers in any way.

And finally...

Turbo
I'll just pick a few points here since I could fill a thread on it quite easily. Justin wasn't actually that bad, but became infininitely more bearable after the changeover when he had far less focus. The writing was all over the place, going from good in places to downright terrible in others (Broken plot points from the first half, dodgy episodes scattered all over, quite possibly the least sensical ending to a series I've ever seen, etc. And my own personal annoyance - Bulk and Skull. Specifically during the transition (which again, I'm sure I'll fill a thread over at some point). I realise Bulk and Skull had to be monkeys for filming other things and so on, but considering how long they'd been a part of the Ranger's lives (particularly Tommy, Adam and to a lesser extent, Kat), it felt so wrong that they weren't there for the sendoff. To me, this was just made worse when they came back the very next episode... It's a shame they couldn't be brought back just for a scene or something during the transition.

Honourable mention - Zeo
For anyone who knows me, this seems like a very strange choice since Zeo is my favorite season, but I want my ending, darn it!

Turbo - The lost season. Honestly, with the complete original cast gone, it was very hard to adjust.

Lost Galaxy - It seemed too distant, it seemed to be riding the success of In Space far too much.

Wild Force - I'm not even sure if they knew what was happening, the writers. They just kind of put something together, and half-way explained it.

Operation Overdrive - The only thing I could stand was Spencer. He reminded me of a fat, snarky, Q. Everyone else seemed like they were plucked off the street and told to read lines.

Jungle Fury - Episode one, I hated it. Right out of the gate. I hated the start, I hated the theme song, I hated Casey. He had so much potential but the damned writers kept slapping him down when he had a chance to shine. Everyone else was horrible. If I could murder RJ I would, I talk myself out of hunting down David de Lautour and kicking him in the balls all the time.

Honorable Mention
- RPM. It had such a wonderful start, but it bombed when the story wouldn't progress farther than the day-to-day monster attacks. It was such a beautiful contrast to it's counter-part, and yet.. Once the new producer took over, it bombed, haaarrrddd..
