What show/movie is that from?

Some of you may be familiar with this game. Ok here are the instuctions<pretty straight forward>:
1. Post a screen cap from a TV show or movie
2. Participants guess where it is from
3.Who is the first to answer correctly, it is their turn.

Well, if no one can guess the correct answer are reasonable attempts have been made, the poster will be required to give clues.

I think that about raps it up; don't believe I forgot anything. I'll start this game off:

Kinda reminds me of the basement thing in Frankenstein but that's a woman, at least I think....Oh, that movie with Will Smith that's out now...I am legend? That kinda looks like a scene I remember from the movie
