Yeah, as far as "ugly" goes, I don't think any of them were. People who casted the rangers did a good job with that.

If I had to pick one, I'd say Theo. he's not really ugly but he's not the best looking ranger by far, either. Like everyone else said, I don't really think any of ugly, some are just better looking then others.
