My theory:

Jason, Trini and Zack still go to the piece conferences around the world and are making sure the world is safe (aside from the PR stuff).

Aisha is reunited with her family and probably got married to someone.

Rocky has his own dojo and he's probably affiliated with Alpha 6 and Adam's dojo.

Tommy and Kat got married and are having a happy life.

Kimberly is a world olympic gymnast and is having a happy life. She's also with someone.

Billy is still on Aquitar and he married Cestria. The Alien Rangers are still on Aquitar as well and they are taking it easy.

Trey is still on Triforia probably battling some forces of evil.

Justin is all grown up, he has a regular job and is probably dating someone.

In Space Rangers are somewhere on Earth and each one of them has a job. Ashely and Andros got together and so did Zhane and Karone.

Lost Galaxy Rangers are still on Mirinoi and are having a blast.

Joel and Angela are still married and have children. The other LR Rangers have also returned to their normal lives.

Jen changed her destiny and is probably married to Wes by now. Wes and Eric are still the Silver Guardians. Other TF Rangers are in 3008 and are making sure that Wes, Jen, Eric and the Silver Guardians are safe.

Marrick and the Princess probably got to be together after some time. Zen-Aku is no longer Merrick's shadow.

Shane, Tori, and Distn are the head teachers at the Wind Ninja Academy. Hunter and Blake are the head teachers at the Thunder Ninja Academy. Blake and Tori are a couple. Cam and his father are taking it easy.

Conner is a professional soccer player. Kira is a popular singer. Ethan is a professional computer ingeneer. Trent is doing whatever he was up to at the end of DinoThunder. Heyley still owns and runs her Cyber Cafe.

The SPD Rangers are still patroling around Newtech City and making sure that everyone is safe. Cruger and his wife are taking it easy.
Sam and Nova are doing their SPD job, whatever their job is. Sky and Syd probably got together.

Nick, Leinbow and Udonna have returned to Briarwoord and are helping with the Rock Porium. Nick and Maddie are engaged and are planning their wedding. Dagerron, Jenji and Clare are incharge of the Root Core.

Tyzonn and Vela are married. Other OO Rangers had returned to their regular lives. Mack has probably found someone.

Alpha 5 is probably retired and lives on his home planet. Dimitria has been reunited with her sister. Lord Zedd is still married to Rita Repulsa, who has become the Mystic Mother.
The Snow Prince still works for the Mystic Mother.

Zhane- works with Andros as a law enforcer on their planet

Leo- Desperately waits for an another team-up

Kai- Is a colonel in the army

Damon- Is the head engineer on terra venture

Kendrix- Died then came back to life then died again then came back to life again then died again then came back to life again and now is teetering on a cliff holding 30 lbs of lead.

Maya- Is on her own planet is the village bicycle. (Way to go Maya)

Mike- Lives on Mirinoi as an assistant food science operative. (2 cheese burgers)

Karone- Bitter that Kendris came back to life and took the pink ranger powers away from her just pushed Kendrix over the cliff. (So Kendrix is dead again i guess)

Carter- Is still a fireman

Chad- Is still a life guard

Joel- Still screwing Ms. Fairweather

Kelsey- Died while abseiling

Dana- Sued for malpractice she now lives in a house with nothing but a gallon tub of ice cream to keep her company

Ryan- works on building the new LS base.

Jen- Stayed with Wes for good and are now married with 2 kids

Wes- Still a law enforcer

Lucas- Is a race car driver and is a big fan of Ronny (She still holds the record for the fastest race time ever)

Katie- Went into the strong man competition in 2004 and won every event

Trip- Trying to find a better way of modding Circuit

Eric- Still a silver guardian

Alyssa she teaches at a local kindergarten still.
Tori is still a ninja teach and surfs when she doesn't have to teach.
Conner is a famous soccer star.
Ethan is like the microsoft of that planet. He's a genuis and all.
Kira finally got her singing career off the way she wanted to and is running it the way she wants to.
Trent draws comics for the local newspaper.

Hum haven't given a lot of thought in the others though.

How can Lucas be a fan of Ronny's when they live in two different times? Then again you said that Katie entered the iron man competetion in 2004 so I assume they are staying in this time.

And Eric/Wes! Madigan, Im with you, I LOVE Eric/Wes together! I'm also a Wes/Jen shipper but I'm more of a Wes/Eric shipper. I'm also a huge Adam/Rocky shipper as well.

LSR:

Carter is the fire chief

Dana is still a paramedic (though how she was one at 18 I still haven't figured out!)

Joel and Angela have 5 kids (their own little ranger team) and Joel is still a sunt pilot

Kelsey does something where she is constantly outside.

Ryan is living with his father in the LSR base (same as his sister) and is going to school to become a firefighter as well.

LG:

Leo and Mike decided to give up rangering and are living and working on Mirinoi together

Kendrix has died again (I love that thing about Kendrix dying five times, I never did like her)

Karone still holds Kendrix's powers

Damon is an engineer for NASA and works on the space shuttles quite a bit before they send them up

Kai is just Kai. He's a scientist.

SPD:

Wow, this will be interesting since this was my least favorite series.

Jack and Z are engaged to be married in the fall of 2035 (cuz I don't even know what year it is, lol)

Bridge and Sky (a HUGE Bridge/Sky shipper when I do read/write SPD) have been dating for some time now.

Cruger and his wife are restructing their marriage and have had a bunch of little puppies to add to their family.

After being a ranger and helping others, Syd is no longer the spoiled brat she was at the start of the series.

Birdie finally returned and met a woman and had a bunch of little chick-a-dees.

Kat and Boom started dating and eventually got married, Kat took over Cruger's position and Boom Kat's.

Sam and Nova are dating.

Turbo:

TJ is playing professional baseball.

Cassie finally recorded her first CD and it topped the charts at number 1 for several weeks and this was all due to Cassie being discovered on American Idol.

Ashley is dating Andros and is spending her time between Earth and helping Andros, Zhane and Karone rebuild their home planet.
