Just a hint of what's to come for those who never watched Geki:

Since Yellow has gained the Elephant-based gear, next Blue will gain Bat-based gear including GekiBat (unnamed in JF), after that Red will gain his Shark-themed stuff & GekiShark (JF Name: ???).

This is by Ep18 of Geki that this is all done, Episodes 19-21 focus on KaGeki & the Core 3's Super Forms. It is also during this arc that they introduce GekiFire (Gorilla, Penguin & Gazelle), before trailing off for a few eps in introducing Gou/GekiViolet over Eps 24 & 25.

Then in Ep 28 we finally get the 5th Gekiranger - GekiChopper (Rhino Ranger in JF), however we do NOT get SaiDain (Chopper's Mecha) until Ep 34, 6 eps after Chopper is intro'd.

'Karma' felt like watching an old episode of PR. Finally they incorporate a guest star. Finally they get back to a ranger teaching a kid a lesson. It just felt like a Power Rangers' episode.

As much as that thing with Dai Shi reminded me of 'A Christmas Carol' it was also reminded me of the episode where Trakeena was taught how to fight. She was a pathetic, annoying, whiney character at the beginning of the season. Dai Shi didn't exactly start out that way, but I liked the theme of taking away his "humanity" to make him pure evil. Good direction.

Predictably Dai Shi will probably become good eventually, but right now he's shaping up to be an awesome villain. As long as Chamille doesn't ruin that that is.

As much as I hate to admit it, this season aint half bad so far. And I also have to admit, Casey is quite cute :p
