Most UNDER-Rated PR Character - Page 9

I'll agree that some Rangers weren't as fleshed out as others (mostly ones in red), but I can't really think of too many off the top of my head that I personally felt were underrated. As far as non-ranger characters go, I thought they could have done a whole lot more with that guy Ritchie from season 2. Trini was crazy about him and he was always hanging out with the rangers, but unfortunately vanished at about the same time Jason, Zack and Trini left.

If there was any part of PR history I would have loved to see featured in more episodes, it would definitely be the Onyx Tavern. On that Space episode, I thought that was totally cool with it's assortment of weird looking alien guys, like a Mos Eisley for the PR universe. I loved seeing the place again in Lost Galaxy, and even got excited when the name Onyx was dropped in SPD (I unfortunately forget which episode specifically, but it was mentioned as where a monster came from before arriving on Earth).

Uh, dude/Dudette? Being underfocus or underdevelop doesn't make a character underrated.

Being underrated means underappreciated, generally by the fandom.

And he only thinks of the possibility of you being a dudette because he's not all right up in the head.

Yes, but you must admit that the more focus they put on a character on a show the easier it is for people to gain a liking for them. So characters that don't appear very often, nor have episodes focused on them, obviously don't give people that much of a chance to even rate them.

So he does have a point.
