Most UNDER-Rated PR Character

Only fair that we cover this one as well. Which character, villain or ranger, do you believe to be the most under-rated?

Blake hands down. He was so underrated. Didn't have enough on time air or anything. Ok maybe thats just my fangirl talking. Also maybe the other MF rangers. That was centered around Nick a lot and i felt they got pushed into the bg. Idk maybe i'm wrong about both.

Off the top of my head - Carter! The only Ranger to go up against a villain without his helmet and not only barely come out of it, and never be afraid to have a villain take his life in order to save the others (okay, others can claim the latter - but I doubt as often as he did)

Carter's up there (and my personal favorite Ranger to boot), but I'm going to go with Justin.

Justin definitely... I mean sure he was young, but if he kept going as a Ranger, think of how much skill and experience he would have as he got older. Always underestimated as a Ranger.

Blake was underrated. He only got one epsiode that cnetred around him. But at least he got the girl... sort of
