Yeah, if you cut the main artery in your wrist it'll actual start squirting on you, not a pretty sight. But yeah if you cut that one well enough you be dead.

Generally the morbid rule is, like Elsa said, "Down the street, not across". if someone were to cut themselves down the length of their arm and hit a vein the entire way, it's pretty much death by bleeding and there's nothing anyone can do for you. If someone were to simply cut across their wrists, even if they hit a vein so long as an ambulance is called in time chances are nine times out of ten they can simply patch it up, put you on behavioral meds and send you back home.

Incredible RJ set thanks to Robbie!

The number 666 is the relgious symbol for the Devil, so hence when he called 666, he got Hell the place, that is why it's funny

- Thanks goes out to Elsa

yeah it's the whole "another pain" thing most of the time and most of the people who cut themselves know how not to kill themselves

I have never cut my wrist, however I did get bit by a dog on my forearm. It was so deep that it had hit an artery. I saw the blood pumping.

I actually didn't panic, I grabbed my arm and calmly walked back in the home. I didn't want to concern my son who was 4 at the time. I went into the kitchen and tried to decide what I should use to put over the wound. I looked at the paper towels on the roll and decided against them because it would take too long to get them off the roll. (I was home alone except for my son). I then saw the dish towel sitting there and grabbed it. I then called my father and after dropping my son at the day care provider, he took me to the hospital. I ended up with nerve damage and a few stitches.

I won't go into what happened about the dog because it would take too long. Let's just say I knew the dog and was trying to keep him from getting hit by a car.
