how many hours do you sleep - Page 2

Most of the time, I'm lucky if I get 5 hours. A lot of the time I only get three.

i'd say about 6 hours

Every night's different. Just depends on when my nightly nightmares wake me up

I guess about 5-6 on average

Normally a good 8 or 9 hours. Because I have to get up at 5am to start work at 6am. But when Im not working, usually 11 hours.

I usually go to bed at 11pm and the number of hours I sleep is usually 8 hours or 9

Depends like last night I went to bed at almost two am, and was up by 8:30. But 6 hours sounds about right.
