Sig Banners

Some people have been confused as to the whole sig banner situation since PRE re-opened as I haven't really explained it.

To clear things up sig banners ARE allowed. However they must follow the guidelines posted in the Power Ranger Empire - FAQ/Rules. If you're sig banner is currently bigger than this, I suggest adjusting or replacing it. Thanks and enjoy!

I was confused at first, but I managed to figure it out. It took me some time to realize the delete box for awhile though.

For the banner only...you said 115 for height but what about for width? Do you mean it has to be like 500x100?

Also, you did not turn on the IMG code for the signature area
