I think the merge was great to have done. I haven't been at Hemp since PRE came back. I did pop at Hemp yesterday...it was still pretty dead the last time I went there before PRE came back. I hardly posted at HEMP...and when PRE came back, I was posting often

Well, for those that don't understand. The fact is if people wanted Henshin Empire to stick around, they should have been a bit more active on it. The site can't live on beauty alone. When you have 1 new person register a day.....with only a few new threads made, with only a handful of posts made, it's just not worth keeping open. Activity was horrible after PRE's return. Even though it was left more as a Sentai themed forum.

When the merger happens this week, the forums will close for a short bit. Downtime shouldn't be too long though. Either way, it's not worth keeping Henshin Empire around if people do not want to be active on it.

I haven't really been active of HEMP since the time off, and HT after it's rebirth has drawn more of my attention, so has RC in PRE/HEMP's total absence. However, this is keeping in mind that I'm also semi-active of RB, and all the PR/SS boards I'm on have to vie for time I'm spending on other boards such as The Wotch Forums (a forum dedicated to a single webcomic called The Wotch), Bravo Fleet Forums (a Star Trek Simming forum, have been AWOL from there for too long already), along with TV-Nihon and a couple of NC-17 type boards who's names I shall not mention...

All-in-all, I'm already spread too thin over the net in regards to boards, and being on no less than 4 different IRC servers. My vote would to be to merge HEMP with PRE and delete duplicate threads ("AbareDragon's Pixel Suit Works" would be the main one that would be deleted during the merger. However I could do with re-making "Psycho's Pixel Suits!" to have the stuff spread over only 1 or 2 posts.).

I go back and forth between the sites I have rpgs and fics on both that would be too time comsuming trying to bring it over myself and pointless to start over....so I'd say merge

When I do the merge, I will also be putting PRE on a new webhost. The problems that are starting to plague this one are just unacceptable. This will all start to happen in or less than 24 hours.

I'm all for a merge. I'm just concerned whether being a mod on one and not on the other will cause any sort of problems come the merge. Like there won't be a clash of permissions and nastiness or anything will there?
