Ben, we are talking about what themes that hasn't been used by Toei for a super sentai series. We already had a space theme....Megaranger/In Space

Wasn't that a computer based season that Saban misinterpreted as being set in space?

Yeah, as I recall, they never actually went into space except for their main base or whatever.

MegaRanger was a season set in technology (ElectroMagnetic Squadron MegaRanger) which Saban misinterperated as being set in Space.

Up until Go-Onger, we never had a season with Vehicle/Animal hybrids, we've have Vehicle-based seasons (ie: CarRanger/Turbo & GoGoV/Lightspeed) & Animal-based seasons (ie: ZyuRanger/MMPR S1, GingaMan/Galaxy & GaoRanger/Wild Force), but not one that had the 2 fused until Go-Onger. Abaranger was simply the Earths dinosaurs evolved for 65 Million years on a parallel Earth before coming back to Earth. Hurricanger/Ninja Storm had Animal-shaped machines, but not true animal/vehicle fusions.

Here's the Go-Onger Mecha so far: Speedor - Condor/Race Car fusion, Buson - Lion/Bus fusion, Bear RV - Bear/RV fusion (DUH!), Birca - Orca/Motorcycle fusion, Gunpherd - German Sheaperd/Police Car fusion, Carrygator - Alligator/Car Transport Truck fusion. Toriptor & Jetoras haven't appear yet, but are apparently a Rooster/Helicopter fusion (Toriptor) & a Tiger/Jet Plane fusion (Jetoras).

Like said in the power ranger section. did they already try out musical instruments, or anything related to music as various note scales?

Surfing could be something nice. Rangers in wetsuits instead of spandex. Or diving, while we're at it.

Hey, I like that Musical Instruments idea. Reminds me of Kamen Rider Hibiki. Lol, fighting with a guitar. Pure Awesome.

I was mnore thinking of the brass section and the big honking instuments you can't just move around, like a piano or an organ.
