I personally think that PROO's base wasn't stupid. For your information, it wasn't a cave, it was an underground space blow Andrew's and Mack's house. If PROO's base was a cave, it would probably be full of spiders, their nets and rats. Imagine one of the bad guys turning a rat in the PROO's base into a monster.
Andrew would be screaming: ''Rangers, get this giant rat out of my house-underground space and out of my house!'' LOL.
Anyways, the PROO's base was a good base for the PR operations/missions. I mean, it had a giant ball, which enabled the Rangers to detect jewels and monsters. The computer allowed them to monitor the whole world for monster attacks. I love the OO base. I want one.  [/b]
