Ninja Quest Part 1 was technically a FINALE of the Thunderzords and therefore S2.
257 character appearances of Tommy and 242 actual appearances of JDF.
Of those extra 15, Michael R. Gotto played Young Tommy for about 9 eps of MMAR, Tommy was either unmorphed or invisible from the end of White Thunder Part 3 through Fighting Spirit which was actually about 13 episodes, plus the SPD/DT teamup "Wormhole" (Tommy was voiced by Jeffrey Parazzo/Trent Fernandez). Which means JDF didn't play Tommy for about 23 eps (the 13 DT eps, SPD/DT teamup & MMAR) in reality, depending how you slice it (and if you include Tom/Green Clone in S2).
