I prefer use 24 hour time on my watch/clocks, but I'd never use it in speech. If anyone asked I'd say it was something AM/PM. Other than that when it's just for myself, it doesn't take a second to subtract 12 from the hour and know that 15:00 is 3PM, although it does take a bit og getting used to.

I agree with that. Apart from never knowing when its going to happen or which way you have to set the clocks, it messes with my body clock something terrible. One day I'm getting up with the light, the next it's still dark outside and it throws me completely. Plus you lose an hour in bed.
