I use 24 hour clock system now, I had to start when my watch broke and I had to use my phone to tell the time. I don't really mind, but when I was ill a few months ago I couldn't actually figure out if it was 4 or 6pm, really freaked me out (I think I was a little out of it). It's never happened since but that was one strange day.
