Well the only real differences between PRE and HEMP are:
1. PRE uses VB and HEMP uses IPB.
2. PRE is Power Ranger themed and HEMP is more Sentai J-themed.
So I deduct that its either because you prefer Sentai more, IPB more, or both.
As HEMP's layout will soon almost mirror PRE's. Minus a few things for obvious reasons.
