1. Zedd/Rita for laughs but they can also go after people when they want to(despite failing miserably at it, sometimes)
2.Astronema. She is devious, Dark Specter's right hand woman, and she had alot of powerful monsters and weapons.
3.Divatox. She got so much closer than any other villian did to destroying the Power Rangers for good.
