To quote Tommy, "Don't you ever get tired?" - then and there we know the Rangers get tired (sure it's always implied, but since Tommy said it it's canon lol).
All Willow had to do was bring her hand across her face and she was ready to go another 10 rounds even after all the magicks (Buffy fans know they spelled it with a 'k' :p) Giles had thrown at her. The one and only thing that stopped her was Xander (Harris, not Bly for the non-Buffy-watching PR fans) so yes, Willow - no contest
