Why are you even assuming Triforians regularly split into three forms? Trey was stuck in three forms due to an accident he suffered in Ranger form; it's not something that regularly happened to him, or he wouldn't have needed Zordon's help to reunify.
And how do you go from "Trey was able to morph when he was healed" to "All Triforians must be able to morph when they're healed"? Again, there's nothing connecting the two.
Your logic is equivalent to assuming that because Kimberly was able to morph while she was sick one day, all humans are able to morph while they're sick.
