Wire-Fu. It's so out of place, sometimes, that I wonder how it passed the editing process. I mean, you have a ranger jump really high to catch something, and he practicaly comes down in the SAME spot, when he got a running start.
Explosions. Most of 'em are out of place and used waaaay too much. At least in MMPR , they made attempts that looked real (i.e. having it go in FRONT of the rangers/baddie, instead of behind 'em).
CGI. It's been getting steadil worse every season. I started to notice it around Mystic Force. The best example to date this season is the Strike Force Rider (or whatever it's called...the name escapes me right now). I mean, geez...check out the episode it premiered, and the one after it, and you'll see what I mean.
That's all I can think of right now....I know I have more, though. :)
