I would really hate to say Tommy, but really, during his white ranger era...that dude was overpowered times ten. He was kind of an overrated ranger during that time but I'll say this, when he came back many years later as the black ranger, that's probably when he was the most likable.
And I'll have to give a nod, yes, to each and every red ranger that is pre-Dino Thunder. I think that maybe they're given too much of the 30 something episodes to give their background while others don't get jack.
