Tsubasa Ozu (Magiranger) - is definitely at the top of the list. Though I'm sure his personality kinda helped a little :P

Hikaru (Sungel) (Magiranger) - is really pretty
Tatsuya Asami (timeranger)
Ikkou Kasumi (Hurricanger)
Senichi "Sen-chan" Enari (Dekaranger)
