I just saw this new tab / option on some YT vids. Some now have a TV icon in the screen (where you'd normally find the 'full screen' button). It has the new high quality function apparently. Again, not all of them have it and I don't know if they all will eventually or not (it could depend on which file format the vids were uploaded in)- but either way it seems pretty nice thus far
