He's a ranger, not a allie. Cole would be because he's the latest new red ranger and as a rookie like Jason said. Tommy did most of the talking as Jason let him do that (as in Jason gave the nod) since Tommy was the leader. Jason would have worked with Andros & Tommy too as he probably already knew before what was happening on the moon.
