Being a female and I can only speak for me. I don't mind if a guy looks at my chest for a second, buts it's entirely another to stare at it. I mean we do have eyes, even if they are covered with sunglasses.
I'm sick of men to make excuses for their behavior, didn't your mama ever teach you manners. LOL
